The Port Moody Historical Society (PMHS) began as a group of interested citizens in the mid 1960s with the desire to preserve some of the history of the area and create a museum. The Port Moody Historical Society was incorporated June 15, 1969 and changed its name in 1983 to the Port Moody Heritage Society.
Any time of the year is a good time to give the gift of heritage to a loved one. Please consider making a monetary donation today to the
Port Moody Heritage Society to support preservation of the historic Ioco Townsite, or fund further education programs at the POMO MUSEUM.
An Annual Membership to a child or grandchild, or even a Corporate Membership gift from your company, is a great way to show your appreciation and support of heritage efforts.
